Mmm Monday // Old Fashioned Potato Chips

First things first. These were amazing. The husband loved them, he could not stop talking about how amazing they are as I watched him devour the entire bowl. I got a few of them and they were very yummy.

You'll Need:
- Big 'ol Russet Potato
- Oil (I used Sunflower)
- Salt
- Vinegar (if you want to make S&V chips)

1. Cut the potato's as thin as you can
2. Soak them in vinegar for at least an hour, or just water if you prefer plain chips (helps remove the starch)
3. Brush on a thin coat of oil on a baking sheet
4. Place potato slices on, brush oil on top, sprinkle them with salt
5. Place in 400 degree pre-heated oven for about 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness, just keep an eye on them!)
6. Enjoy!
