//One// Full name is Shaylah Fawn but I prefer Fawn since that's what my grandfather called me

//Two// I can't go to sleep in an un-made bed

//Five// I could easily live off of bread, cheese, and wine.

//Six// I do water aerobics with (hilarious) 70-80 year olds 4 days a week

//Seven// I have a whole closet just for my cardigans

Monika's 10 random facts:

//One// I grew up in a small town called Penticton, B.C.

//Two// My last name, Tischer, basically means "carpenter" in German. My Dad is a wood worker and builds custom tables and intricate winery wooden doors, etc.

//Three// I can't say no to dill pickle chips. Especially Lays.

//Four// I'm a master at finding deals. I could spend hours in Value Village. I could also spend hundreds of dollars. It's dangerous.

//Five// I backpacked through South East Asia for 5 months in 2011. I got to see Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. I ate rat and barracuda while I was there. I can't wait to go back.

//Six// According to my doctors, I have "sweet" blood. Which is why mosquitoes are extremely attracted to me. I swell up like crazy, especially if I eat bananas. And I love bananas. (You should have seen me in Thailand.)

//Seven// My brother gave me my frist 35mm camera when I was 14. It's a Pentax ME Super and its still my all time favorite to this day. I've been collecting them ever since and I'm pretty sure I own close to 30.

//Eight// I love all animals. When I was younger I used to beg my mom to buy me a monkey. I even offered to build a cage in the backyard.

//Nine// I graduate from hair school on November 4th and can't wait to start my career. I've already had so many great opportunities and am beyond grateful for everyone who has supported me through it all!

//Ten// Ever since I graduated high school it's been my personal goal to take a big road trip once a year. Usually it's to California. I always sleep in my car, mostly in Wal-Mart parking lots. This year I took my friend Catie to Seattle. We visited my good friend/ previous Instacrush @withhearts, (aka Cory Staudacher) and my other good buddy Tanner Wendell Stewart. If I could live anywhere in the states, it would probably be Seattle. (I always leave a bit of my heart there when I leave.)
